Permanent Jewellery Appointments:
If you would like a Permanent Welded Jewellery Bracelet, an in-person appointment will be required to create your custom-fit, bespoke piece. The price includes any bracelet length chain from our Classic Collection.
A selection of chain upgrades will be available in store but will incur an additional cost, which will be confirmed during your consultation.
Fitting Appointments can be booked at any of our upcoming pop-up events or at our Home Studio near Driffield, with weekday, evening, and weekend availability to suit your schedule – we will contact you on completion to arrange.
Removable/Clasped Options:
Removable/Ready To Wear options are created using our Classic Rope, Belcher, Small Paperclip, Figaro, Chunky Rope or Tennis style chains. They measure approximately 7 inches and include a 2-inch extender for comfort.

Inclusion Kits & Secure Returns:
To make the process simple and secure, Inclusion Kits are available to add to your order - this includes a small collection kit and instructions. Alternatively, ashes or inclusions can be sent directly to us in a sealed container; full postage details will be provided via email once your order is placed. We aim to complete all orders within 10 days of receiving your inclusions - if you require a faster service, please get in touch and I’ll do all I can to help.
