Refunds & Returns
At LinQed by Lisa, each piece of jewellery is custom-fit and permanently welded, making it a personalised, final sale item. As a result, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer support in case of any unexpected issues.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of permanent jewellery, all purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once the welding process is complete. We encourage customers to carefully select their chain and ensure they are happy with their choice before finalising their piece.
2. Faulty or Defective Jewellery
If there is a manufacturing defect within 7 days of purchase, we will assess the piece and, if necessary, repair or replace it at no cost. This policy does not cover damage caused by accidental breakage, improper care, or general wear and tear.
3. Breakage & Repairs
While our jewellery is crafted for durability, excessive force or snagging may cause it to break. This is a safety feature to prevent injury. If your jewellery breaks, we offer a re-welding or repair service, which may be subject to a small fee.
4. Allergies & Metal Sensitivities
We use Sterling Silver, 14K Gold-Filled, and Solid Gold materials, but we cannot guarantee against individual metal sensitivities. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they do not have allergies to these metals before purchasing. No refunds will be issued for allergic reactions.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
If you book an appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where applicable. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a non-refundable deposit or booking fee, depending on the event’s policies.
6. Policy Updates
LinQed reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and social media pages.
