OUR STORY
Following the sudden loss of my brother in 2022, jewellery became an unexpected source of comfort and connection for my family and me.
It was a quiet way to honour memories, spark conversations, and keep some of that missing energy present.
My family had sourced pieces online over the years, but I held back. I struggled to connect with it. I couldn't find pieces that truly reflected both Cal's personality and my personal style. What I found felt very traditional and heavily mass-produced. Affordable gold options were near non-existent, and the designs didn’t feel timeless in the way I imagined something so meaningful should.
The mission began - I started attending jewellery classes, signed up for online courses and watched hours upon hours of tutorials in hope that I would pick up enough guidance to create my own piece.
And in the middle of this, I discovered Permanent Jewellery - which was a real “aha” moment! I very quickly realised the potential and the opportunity to not just create more modern and aligned pieces for myself and my family, but for anyone who had that very same vision.
This skill has allowed me to bring together connection, symbolism, and personal design into one meaningful, intentional experience.
Today, LinQed by Lisa offers permanent jewellery experiences and bespoke memorial pieces across Hull, York, East and North Yorkshire - and now UK-wide (go me!)
From my cosy home studio in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds, I’ve created a calm, welcoming space where you can take a hands-on role in designing something that reflects your story, journey and style.
From friendships and milestones to remembrance and healing, LinQed by Lisa offers a space to celebrate, connect and commemorate - It's given me such a sense of purpose and I am so honoured to welcome you all in.
